Background
As The Good Guys’s in-house Digital Content Specialist, I had the amazing opportunity to collaborate closely with the Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Coders and Data Analysts, seeing projects through from start to finish.
My role specialised in the implementation of digital marketing briefs from internal stakeholders or working directly with key suppliers. This involved SEO keyword research, writing optimised copy with sales objectives, designing the entire page layout using Adobe XD, as well as creating onsite promotional banners to align with the product launch.

Nutribullet Balance - Product Launch
What was involved? +
- Creating catchy headlines to capture the customer's attention and encourage them to read on
- Writing optimised copy that reads well, with high value and traffic keywords threaded throughout
- Compiling the key Unique Selling Points of the Nutribullet Balance, compared to previous models
- Showcasing all the product features
Process: +
- Researching relevant SEO keywords to complement page content
- Trialling different headlines to maximise engagement
- Crafted all the copy to showcase the product effectively and prompt the customer along their buying journey
- Selected the key visuals to be heroed on the page
- Mocked up the entire landing page and optimised UX journey - 2 separate layouts for optimal Desktop and Mobile experience
- Created promotional banners to encourage on-site click-throughs to the landing page

‘Best Coffee Pod Machines’ Buying Guide - Ft. Philips L’OR Barista
What was involved? +
- The aim of the page was to capture customer search traffic around "best coffee pod machines" - this was designed to be an 'evergreen' page for easy updating and future-proofing
- Page was to be framed as a generic buying guide, but heroing the Philips L'OR Barista to complement the product launch
Process: +
- Researched high traffic keywords and phrases to do with "best coffee pod machines" and used the data to optimise headings and on-page copy
- Worked with Philips marketing team to showcase all the features and benefits of their Philips L'OR Barista product launch
- Collaborated with the Data Analysts to compile the best-selling coffee pod machines and accessories to feature on the page
- Conceptualised and designed the entire landing page for Desktop and Mobile users, housing all of the hero assets and copy
- Worked closely with the coding team to bring the concept to life

LG Signature - Product Launch
What was involved? +
- LG was launching their new 'Signature' range, a collection of luxury home appliances, from fridges to washers and more
- The LG Signature Instaview fridge was the hero product to be launched first
- Required a dedicated landing page for the fridge to start with, then a suite of other pages to be created when remaining products were ready to be launched
Process: +
- Worked closely with the LG marketing team to collate all the necessary assets and key product call-outs
- Conceptualised and designed the entire landing page experience, with separate layouts for Desktop and Mobile to ensure an optimal browsing journey on both
- Collaborated with the coding team to ensure concept was brought to life effectively, in time for the official product launch date
