I worked in-house at Jetpets Animal Transport as their Digital Marketing Coordinator.
During my time, I had the privilege of overhauling many aspects of their marketing communications, as well as revamping the website. I was given the opportunity to work closely with major stakeholders and external agencies to bring the projects to life.

Homepage - An overhaul of both the Desktop & Mobile layout
What was involved? +
- Shortened the Desktop and Mobile scrolling experience
- Brought the Unique Selling Points (USPs) higher up the page to maximise customer engagement when they first land on the homepage
- Added a video to showcase the "human" side of the business
- Added in a testimonial carousel and Product Review rating to build trust and rapport
- Condensed steps under ‘How Pet Travel Works’ from 8 steps to 4 steps to eliminate friction and reduce perceived effort
Process: +
- Reviewed all on-page copy to ensure USPs were effectively communicated, while maintaining a friendly, conversational tone to reflect a “pet lover” personality
- Re-mapped the layout of entire page, in order of most to least important elements
- Mocked up the entire proposal of copy and layout changes to present to key stakeholders

What was involved? +
- Made the page more engaging by incorporating a stronger palette, in line with brand colours, with key visuals of staff
- Added in a company profile summary to give prospective applicants an overview of the organisation
- Integrated 3 separate application forms for current and future vacancy applications
- Included an overview of what it’s like to work for Jetpets - culture, perks, etc.
- Slotted in staff testimonials
- Featured FAQs in an accordion table to help answer popular questions

- Worked closely with the HR department to ensure that all their priorities were being communicated effectively
- Given free reign to roll out the creative and design elements
- Collaborated with external web developers for the building and integration of online application forms

Blog hub - Creation of a new ‘Latest News’ landing page
What was involved? +
- Created a "home" for all the latest blogs to be featured on - this was done to encourage customers and potential customers to see Jetpets as an industry leader in pet transport.Previously, the primary landing page just showed the blogs in order of upload date, with no call-outs to explore the blog further, or sign up for latest news.
- Created 5 main featured categories for an overarching blog categorisation system, based on how customers would look for related information - this was colour coded to ensure easy navigation
- Featured the latest blog as the top banner, with 3 popular blogs to be pinned under 'Popular Posts'
- Link to all blogs under 'Read the Latest News'- featured the category, blog thumbnail and customisable description
- I was also in charge of keeping the blog feed regularly updated, researching the latest customer trends and creating blogs that addressed the target market's interest - please see below for a writing sample snippet
